The learning path guides you step by step, from foundations up. Follow the map and it always knows where you left off.
- A track is one course, like Foundation or a JLPT level.
- A unit is a themed chapter inside a track.
- A lesson is a handful of steps you work through in one sitting.
- A checkpoint closes a unit, and a milestone exam closes a track.
A node is locked either because your plan does not reach that level, or because you have not cleared the node before it. There is no third reason and no hidden requirement.
Cleared never becomes locked again
Once you clear a lesson or checkpoint it stays cleared. Changing your level, letting a plan lapse, or leaving a class cannot take it back.
Tracks run side by side
Nothing cross-locks. You can push the kanji track while the grammar track sits untouched, and Continue simply returns you to whichever you touched most recently, not to whichever comes first.
Lessons open as you progress, so you always have a clear next step.
