Refund Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains when purchases on TanoshiGo can be refunded. It is designed to be simple and fair: cancellation is always free and never punished, refunds are for things that genuinely went wrong plus a short change-of-mind window.

1. Cancellation is not a refund

One-time access passes simply run until their end date; there is nothing to cancel. When auto-renewing subscriptions launch, cancelling stops the NEXT charge only: your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. You will never lose paid time by cancelling.

2. When we refund

Purchases are generally non-refundable, with these exceptions which always apply:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges (you were billed twice for the same thing).
  • Technical failure on our side: you paid but the access was never activated and we cannot fix it promptly.
  • Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Goodwill window

On top of the exceptions above, we offer a goodwill full refund if you request it within 3 days of a one-time purchase (or of a subscription's first charge) and your usage of the paid features has been minimal. For future auto-renewal charges the window is 7 days, because we know renewals are easy to forget. Goodwill refunds are evaluated case by case and may be declined on signs of abuse (for example repeated buy-use-refund cycles).

4. What happens when a refund is approved

The refunded access ends immediately: money back means the purchase is undone. Refunds go back to the original payment method where the payment channel supports it; for channels that do not support reversal (such as bank virtual accounts), we transfer the amount to a bank account you provide. Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days of approval; how fast the money appears then depends on your bank or wallet provider.

5. International purchases (Paddle)

Card purchases outside Indonesia are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. You may request a refund from us (below) or directly through Paddle; Paddle applies this same policy.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the in-app Feedback form with the "Billing / Refund" category. Include the order id (shown in Settings and on your receipt email) and a short description. We reply to every request.
