Blocking and moderation keep the community friendly. Here is how they work.
Blocking someone hides their interactions with you. Moderation is the wider system that handles rule-breaking.
- It refuses friend requests between you, in both directions.
- It prevents either of you joining a Juku class the other is in.
- It is yours alone, takes effect immediately, and you can undo it in Settings.
Blocking and reporting are different tools
A block is personal and instant, and nobody is told about it. A report goes to moderators, who can warn, suspend, or remove an account. Block to protect yourself right now, report when a rule was broken.
Moderation comes in steps, a warning, a temporary suspension, or a full ban, matched to what happened.
