Safety in a Juku
Consent, reporting, blocking, and suspension.

A Juku should feel safe. You stay in control of what you share and who you study with.
- You give consent when you join, so nothing is shared before you agree.
- Your sensei sees your class progress, not your private settings.
- You can report or block anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
- Serious issues can lead to a warning, suspension, or ban for the other person.
- Leave the class. It takes effect immediately and ends your Sensei's view of you.
- Block the person. That also refuses any future class or friendship between you.
- Report the class, an announcement, or a member for a moderator to review.
What a moderator can do
A reviewed report can result in a class being suspended, which freezes it read-only, or removed entirely. Individual accounts can be warned, suspended, or banned. You are never told to sort it out with the other person yourself.
You can leave a class whenever you want. Your learning progress always stays yours.
