As a student you're in one class at a time.
The limit is for students only
The one-class limit applies to students only. A verified Sensei can teach several classes and still be a student in someone else's.
A join request that's still waiting counts too. If a second class turns you away, look for an old request still waiting and cancel it.
Leaving ends your membership, and your assignments drop off that class's list. Nothing you did is deleted. If you rejoin later, you come back as a new member.
Your progress stays yours
Leaving, being removed or the class being deleted doesn't touch your cards, lessons, XP or streak. They belong to your account.
